Customer Success Manager
This is a technical role supporting enterprise clients across EMEA on CxAlloy and Built Insights. You’ll be the lead point of contact for clients in the region, covering implementation, training and ongoing support for commissioning, QA/QC and mission critical teams. You’ll also support sales on demos and technical conversations, including at industry events.
Hands-on familiarity with CxAlloy is a fundamental requirement. A background in building commissioning, QA/QC, MEP or mission critical project delivery is what we’re looking for.

Our team is spread across Texas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, Toronto, Montreal, London, Portugal and now Ireland. We work remotely and across time zones.

CxAlloy manages the day-to-day commissioning workflow: issues, checklists, tests, equipment records, and project documentation in one place. Built Insights extends that data into portfolio analytics, reporting, and smarter project visibility.
